Hi!

My wife and I are thankful for your support. We wanted to give you a quick update since I last wrote.

We love portland! Yes, its true... people here are weird but it's awesome! We love the Pacific North West so this place has it's beauty. Fall looks incredible here :)

We found our new doctor that will be delivering our baby in January. She is wonderful, funny and super experienced. From the moment we met her my wife and I just knew she was the one. So praise for answered prayer!

We are still looking for lower cost medical insurance, for now we are still paying out of pocket. Continue to pray that we get approved soon.

We are attending Trinity Church of Portland and are loving our new community. They have been so gracious and welcoming my wife and I. Cindy got a chance to attend a women's retreat last week and some of the ladies she met that very day already planned a baby shower for her. So awesome!

Two weeks ago my car began making a weird noise and I thought it was the transmission. My engine light also came on so I was thinking the worse. One of the interns at Humble Beast heard me talking about my car and he suggested I call his mechanic. Hugo is the mechanic, he was simply great and most of all honest. He told me it was not the transmission but he did find a few things that needed work, the cost was going to be over $900 for him to fix it. We were not ready to spend that much on a 12 year old camry with 200k miles. Hugo advised me to get the most important things done so I did. Once I picked up the vehicle he charged me only $708 and did ALL the work it needed. He gave us a break. Praise God!

I started working at Humble Beast and I'm excited for all the work that I have ahead of me. So far we've been working on Jackie's "The Art of Joy" release and a few other upcoming projects. Can't wait till you see what's ahead.

My wife and I are so thankful for your support. We pray that God continues to use you for His glory. We are excited to update you with a few things:
- We have officially arrived safely in Portland.
- We found housing within the budget we had allocated. This was a blessing, since just 48 hours before the move we got a call stating that we might not get the property due to the management wanting to raise the price. They stated they initially quoted us the wrong price. After a few phone conversations back and forth the property managers said they would honor the first price offered. Praise God!
- I started working with Humble Beast. I'm stoked to be helping out with the daily grind, let's do this!
