The growth in diversity will impact all aspects of American life, but will give greater voice to the new majority. As part of the new majority, African Americans will need to acknowledge the impact they can have on how those changes take place. In order to do so, a deeper understanding of the implications, opportunities, and strategies that can redefine life in America for African Americans.
