I've contacted several attorney's searching for someone who is willing to represent Shaylynn Capers on multiple criminal charges. She is a 17 year old girl who got caught up in a bad situation and is unable to come up with the funds for a defense attorney! She is being charged with 2 counts of reckless homicide, failure to stop for blue lights, possession of stolen vehicle, and possession of stolen property!
