LIFW: Fitness with a Purpose
For three years, the students at Ascent have had the unparalleled opportunity to have vocational experiences at Long Island Fitness and Wellness. Our students provide the towel service with some students at the school washing, drying and folding the towels, with others making the daily delivery. Other students clean the facility and have multiple opportunities for social interactions with the phenomenal owners, David Maldonado and Mike Sala. Once again, LIFW is reaching out to support our students by putting together a Fourth of July workout with all enrollment fees donated and matched! This is an incredible opportunity to sweat off those burgers and hot dogs you'll be eating later on while making a continued difference in our students' lives!
