Hey Everyone, This is Jill, Jack’s mom. (Yes, Jack and Jill … I know ). I am waiting for my group request to be approved, so in the meantime I wanted to thank you all SO MUCH for your support. Jack is 6 years old and was hit by a truck on our street last Monday, my birthday of all days. Jack made impact with the truck face first. A broken nose and 49 stitches later, we are immensely grateful our boy is home and healing and it was a miracle that, although his face took the impact, he received no head trauma due to the location of the impact. We are so lucky. We are so blessed that Jack is healing so well but anticipate potential treatment in the future for adjusting his nose (breathing issues) and scarring. And although we have insurance, our incredibly high deductible and coinsurance are going to be a huge strain on our single income household. Your love and support mean the absolute world to Jack and our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts…
