The IRAL Creatives is a program that was established almost 2 years ago to help empower the minority youth in the community of Steinbach, Manitoba. What we had found was that the youth were feeling left out and often out of place when it relates to fitting in with the colleges. Many of the minority youth felt like the day to day activities in their life did not reflect any aspects of their culture outside of their homes; leaving them to feel a sense of no belonging. This campaign revolves around breaking down that barrier, buy providing these youth with a safe space to learn about their culture while also expanding their knowledge in other fields of interest such as music, arts, technology, AI, etc., something of which I am incredibly passionate about. This project has the power to bring about meaningful change in the minority youth community by providing them with a support system, tools, and knowledgeable resources. Your support can help us achieve something truly remarkable.
With your contribution, you'll be part of something bigger than any one of us. Your generosity will fuel our mission to help our community youth before they are in situations that could have be prevented as well as provide as space to have knowledge sharing opportunities that help to pass down the culture that is slowly dying in Canada. The Impact:
By supporting us, you're playing a crucial role in empowering minority youth, while also giving them the tools and the sense of security that they are craving. The items needed are to help facilitate a functioning space that the youth can use to help express their creativity as well as gain knowledge while being able to have access to tools that are not apart of the household budget. All equipment/space will be available for them to be able to use to help complete projects, passion projects, or to explore other areas of interest. Your contribution will be a catalyst for positive change as it is providing valuable opportunities that is not yet readily available to the youth within the Steinbach area.
