Trying to raise funds for a friend who has had an emergency situation arise

A few days ago, my friend's bank account was hacked which has led to it being frozen. He has no access to his funds and it is going to take several days before he can. Meanwhile, his electricity has been cut off because payment did not go thru, he has no means to get food for his children and no way to get gas to get back and forth to work. Ivano is the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back to help someone else out. He has asked for help, but no one is able or willing to do so. Please, if you have the heart to help, any little bit would do. He has his daughter and his grandson, both of which he has custody of, to provide for, and as you know, this is not the time of year to be without electricity. He will be very grateful for your help and Thank you in advance!
