We are "N R E MANAGEMENT LLC" a Real Estate and Property Management firm, or at least we hope to become.

We are a new company and our goal as a company, besides Real Estate and Property Management, is to provide affordable housing.

The means we intend to use in order provide this affordable housing is, to purchase, usually at auction, properties that require renovation, rehab them then either rent or sell them.

We have the technical expertise and know how to accomplish our stated goal, but we are lacking in the funding area for certain things like construction cost.

We are not able to obtain a conventional business loan, due to no history of doing business, again this is a new company.

The funds you donate will be used to perform demolition and new construction on this first property we have already won at auction located at: 108 Main street in the village of Laurens New York 13796.

Paying for Architecture drawings, or blue prints, to be drawn up for the construction team to not only use but to also file with the department of buildings to obtain permits to begin construction is one of the costs that the donation will pay for.

Also we will use the donation to pay for construction workers along with materials and equipment to complete the construction, remodeling and renovation, all the while marketing of the newly constructed multifamily home is being promoted to prospective renters and or buyers.
