Battle for Breath

As a young man with a contagious zest for life, but my days are often clouded by the struggle to breathe.  I have asthma, a condition that makes even the simplest tasks feel like climbing mountains. Despite my love for outdoor adventures, my inhaler is always close by, a constant companion in my battle for breath.

For me and my family, managing asthma has been a daunting challenge. With frequent doctor visits, medication costs, and the constant fear of an asthma attack looming, we often find themselves overwhelmed and exhausted.

I visited Walmart supercenter one day, and when I stepped out, I see a young girl gasping for air, no one could understand what was wrong with her. Many people yelled "call 911, some even said CPR!" In no time, with all of the reflexes in me, I excused myself into the scene and brought my Ventolin inhaler out of my pocket and puffed it twice into her mouth for inhalation. It was like magic! I could see her recover immediately with a beautiful smile. Many questioned if I was a doctor or an RN. I said no, I have only had same experience as she has asthma! "Wow! God bless you." 

That's when I discovered I could help people battle for breath. With a mission to bring hope and relief to individuals battling respiratory conditions, I offer support, resources, and access to life-saving treatments, including inhalers.
