Our EverBank IT team will be sponsoring a dinner for the homeless for a fifth time. It has been a few years since the last dinner as our previous parent company didn't allow us to continue this annual tradition. The dinner will be in downtown Jacksonville through the City Rescue Mission on May 20th, 2024. Please assist us in raising the money to sponsor the dinner. Last event, in 2018, we raised $1,800, enough to sponsor for the dinner and donate an additional $1,275 to the City Rescue Mission.
City Rescue Mission has been serving the homeless and needy in Northeast Florida since 1946. They provide food, clothing, shelter, emergency services and residential recovery programs to homeless men, women, and women with children. During the last dinner we prepared all the food and served over 350 people in need who were very appreciative. It was a very worthwhile experience and a great way to give back to the community. This year the menu will be BBQ Chicken. Thank you in advance for your support!
