Wookies for Blount County Rescue Squad

Each year as part of the proceeds generated by the RBQ raffle, Wookies in the Woods, has donated funds to the Blount County Rescue Squad.  BCRS relies solely on donations from car clubs and the community the serve to provide the critical services they offer.  Not only does the BCRS patrol and assist on the US 129- Tail of the Dragon, they also provide a whole host of crucial emergency and medial assistance services to the Blount County area; all at no-charge.  

Now more than ever do they need donations to help fund the continuance of their mission, so that they can serve those that are in the most need.  

Volkswagen developed a poster for this year’s Wookies in the Woods and it was supposed to be passed out at the RQB on Saturday night.  A lot of folks have been asking how get a copy and we finally have come up with a plan.  

For every $25 that is donated to the BCRS Volkswagen will mail out a poster to the donor.  All funds (minus site transaction fees) will go directly to the rescue squad.
