Building a large cabin for non-profit organization

The Martial Arts Studio that I work for has a second non-profit organization that allows a variety or other youth organizations such as church groups, boy scotts, etc. To come out to 2nd highest point the Ozark mountains and enjoy nature.
They are building a large cabin/training facility for the kids to have a nice fireplace and comfortable place to stay when the come for a week. Most of the facility will be constructed with volunteer labor and wood from the fallen trees from the mountain side. The one thing that cannot be created from nature is the "I"Beams which I am trying to help with this donation setup and with your help we can get this soon.
