My roommate who owns the house. Need to higher someone to come repair our garage and house roof due to leaks and rot. The bathroom is torn apart. So far we put up some isolation for the cold weather and that is working.

This money os going to my roommate to repair the house we live in. The bathroom has no sink, the bathtub has no faucet, there is no drywall. The roof in the garage is rotted out and needs one side to be replaced. The section over the house that leaks is small enough to where it only needs 1 osb board. The total amount needed for everything is about $12,000. But only asking $8,000.
