Miles for Miracles

We can make the world a better place, one mile at a time.

We may not be able to get together to get our miles, but we can still put our miles together to make a difference.

You can walk it, run it, roll it, crawl it, hop it, steamroll it, ride it, skip it, dance it, row it… You can get your miles however you want!

How does it work?

Register as a participant.

Find people to join your team and to sponsor your miles.

How can someone sponsor you? There are TWO ways.

#1- Ask family, friends, employers, etc to pledge a certain dollar amount PER mile that you will complete over the course of the event. Then get your miles! At the end of the event you notify each sponsor the total amount to be collected.

For example: John pledges to Holly that he will donate $1 per mile she completes. Over the 3 week event Holly completes 26 miles. At the end of the event Holly collects $26 from John as his donation.

or

#2- Ask family, friends, employers, etc to provide a flat donation to support you efforts to provide miles for miracles.

For example: Holly tells John that she is participating in the Miles for Miracles event and is hoping to complete 26 miles over the course of the event. John donates $20 to support her efforts.

Earn gifts and prizes as your donations roll in.

Feel good because your miles are creating MIRACLES

What are you supporting? A Little Love Village is a 501c3 nonprofit that supports families and individuals with special needs. All special needs. Not just the ones you can see. Physical, Mental, Emotional, Behavioral, Social, and Medical. We offer 6 different programs to meet the various needs of these individuals.

Where will the money go? Provide Christmas surprises (including a concert DVD) to patients in hospitals/treatment centers/nursing homes this holiday season, provide needed clothes and supplies to families in need, provide sensory boxes to children with Autism or Sensory issues, provide events throughout the community to spread love and joy, provide care packages for parents caring for children in the hospital, provide sensory bags for First Responders to help in their efforts with special needs individuals, and more.

A Little Love Village is fully run by volunteer efforts and has no paid employees ensuring that the money brought in goes directly to running our aid programs.
