As a parent we want our children safe and to protect them. When a school district ignores a parent calling and telling them hey my child is being bullied and threatened with racial slurs something should be done. In our situation nothing was done I never received a call and my daughter continued to be bullied until I did something about it. Now the school is trying all they can to say it was never a problem when I have the proof. My daughter and other students are out numbered by this group of students and were afraid to even say anything until they could not take it anymore and my daughter came to me. The end of September I called the school and bus barn and never heard from them again until things got bad. They need to be held accountable for this. They did nothing and has yet to do nothing but suspended a victim and let the bully go free. My daughter stood up for herself after a month long silence and was punished for hitting a bully back.
