I'm a single mother of a vibrant 5 year old, who like many of us, I have found myself amid difficult times.
Life can throw unexpected curveballs, and for me it came in the form of a medical situation that forced me to take time off work. I suffer from epilepsy. As a single parent, this brought not only physical but also financial challenges. I have been off work for more than 1 year and all of my savings have been exhausted. Also within that year I had to experience grief as my mother who lived with me passed away. Dealing with all of this has really been a lot. And today I'm reaching out for support to keep a roof over my family's head.
It's not easy being a single mom and the past few months have been particularly tough. My priority has always been providing a stable and loving home for my little one, but circumstances beyond my control have made it incredibly challenging.
I'm facing a mountain of bills as everything has started to pile up and struggling to make ends meet. But most importantly I've been threatened with legal action for missed mortgage.
I never thought I would find myself in this position, but here I am, asking for help to cover my mortgage and piled-up bills. It's not easy to share this, but I believe in the power of community and compassion.
Right now I'm in need of $5000 to clear up this mortgage situation. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
