I love my mom. Texas gets extremely hot during the summer, but she loves it there. Unfortunately, the AC needs some work in order to keep up. Fortunately an old family friend has an HVAC business and has helped her out by offering her a discount. However, it is still just a bit more than she can afford. She's retired and makes just enough to get by, and I just ran through my savings on my recent move to Chicago. Anything you can give would be a tremendous help.
